OUT FROM HOME THAN THE GYM


1. Seeing People You Know

Is there anything worse than waking up, going to work out, and you see someone you know.

2.Being Judged By Other People

Its pretty bad when you're the flabby one at the gym and you're working out next to the most fit one there.

3.Falling Of a Treadmill

When you're so tired because it's 7 in the morning and you just fall.

4.Trying To Make Your Own WorkoutPlan

Wouldn't you rather be at home doing a workout via on demand or P90X

5.Paying

Why pay when you have you're own gym/living room at you're house!?
